Who we are. Fellgate Firs, Fellgate Farm, Crosthwaite Road, Kendal, Cumbria LA8 8QR, is the data controller. Questions to hello@fellgatefirs.co.uk.
This website collects nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no third-party font. Fonts, images and stylesheets come from our own domain and no cookie is set, which is why there is no cookie banner rather than one being hidden.
What you send us. Name, email, topic and message. Wreath and delivery orders additionally mean we hold a delivery address and a telephone number.
How long. Enquiries: twelve months. Orders and delivery records: two seasons, because a surprising number of people ring in November and say "the same as last year". Accounts: seven years.
Who else sees it. Nobody. We do not have a mailing list, we have never bought one, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Your rights. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. We reply within a calendar month, free. Complaints to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This is a demonstration site. Fellgate Firs is a fictional farm and this site was built by Omnify Labs to demonstrate design and build quality. Every price, date and person on it is invented, and the telephone number is from the range Ofcom reserves for fiction. The form validates your input and then does nothing with it.
