Fraser has a much narrower footprint than Nordmann for the same height, which makes it the answer for a terraced front room or a hallway. The branches turn slightly upward, so heavy baubles hang clear instead of sitting in the foliage.
It holds its needles almost as well as Nordmann and smells considerably better. It is harder to grow well in our soil, which is why we have fewer of them and why they cost more.
We plant about 400 a year and we sell out of the 6–7ft every season, usually by the first weekend of December.
