Every tree is tagged with its height and price in the field. Nothing costs more at the till than it says on the tag.

The rest of it
Wreaths from £24, standard 14in door wreath £34, made in the barn on a moss base. Garlands £9 a metre. Loose foliage £6 an armful and we will not weigh it.
Stands £18 for a water-holding stand that will last twenty years. We sell about forty a season and see most of them come back for a refill of advice rather than a replacement.
Delivery £12 within fifteen miles of Kendal, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beyond fifteen miles we do not, because it stops being worth anybody’s time.
Reserving £10 deposit, held up to two weeks, cut the day you collect.
Under 4ft and over 12ft — ring us. We grow a few of each and they are priced on the day.
